Calling our program just simply "group fitness" doesn't nearly do it justice. Elevate has created a program that demands positive changes to your daily habits, physical well-being, and mentality.
Elevate's group fitness classes are one hour in duration and include everything you need to increase strength, burn body fat and improve flexibility. Our coaches are here to make sure you are being as safe and effective as possible to achieve your goals.
We also know that your nutrition and habits OUTSIDE of the gym are crucial. This is why we structure our program around the three pillars that matter: FITNESS - NUTRITION - ACCOUNTABILITY.
