Blueberry Mojitos | Bobbi's Kozy Kitchen
A little twist to the classic mojito, this blueberry version might just become your new favorite!
- 8 blueberries, plus a few for garnish (I used Cascadian Farm Organic frozen blueberries)
- 6 to 8 mint leaves, plus a couple for garnish
- 3 ounces lemon lime soda
- 2 ounces Bacardi Limón
- 2 lime wedges
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blueberries, mint, and 2 lime wedges, with a splash of the soda.
- Fill the shaker with ice, and add the Bacardi and lemon lime soda. Shake together, pour into glasses.
- Garnish with mint sprigs and extra blueberries.
