Blueberry Mojitos | Bobbi's Kozy Kitchen

A little twist to the classic mojito, this blueberry version might just become your new favorite!


  • 8 blueberries, plus a few for garnish (I used Cascadian Farm Organic frozen blueberries)
  • 6 to 8 mint leaves, plus a couple for garnish
  • 3 ounces lemon lime soda
  • 2 ounces Bacardi Limón
  • 2 lime wedges

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blueberries, mint, and 2 lime wedges, with a splash of the soda.

  1. Fill the shaker with ice, and add the Bacardi and lemon lime soda. Shake together, pour into glasses.
  2. Garnish with mint sprigs and extra blueberries.
